EFI Nicaragua churches have several on-going projects in different cities throughout the country. Below are examples of the different mission activities we are currently focusing on. Project ANASPAO
New for 2020 we are launching the ANASPAO PROJECT to award University Scholarships to deserving Christian Youth who are doing important work in their local church. The tuition cost per year to put someone through many Universities in Nicaragua is only $600 a year. Our intent is to offer a work/study scholarship where the young person volunteers work part time for the church in a leadership or technical position for four years while they earn their degree. Upon graduation they will either go into full time ministry or qualify for one of the better jobs in the local labor market. Typically, in Latin America, employees with a College Degree earn 75% more in income than a High School graduate. ANASPAO PROJECT is helping the local church now with very committed volunteers doing the work of the ministry and in later years the Church will benefit with bigger tithes and offerings!
